High Quality Products and Service

I've been using Native Instruments products for years. Their customer support is solid, and they have a large community of users as well as a forum for tutorials for discussions, tutorials, and other resources. Their products have excellent build quality, and their software receives regular updates. There's a lot to explore on their site in terms of software and hardware selection, and everything I've gotten from them has been worth the money.

Totally excellent company that has my complete faith. On the one solitary occasion that I did have a problem, they bent over backwards to get it sorted. Can't fault them at all.

Files are always not found

Files are always not found. Paid 550 euros for MK3 that includes Komplete but because NI uses some bitchass relocate system which cannot find files, shiett does not load. money wasted. don't trust germans with music, they only know how to make cars

Good products, technically difficult to install.

I own a number of their products, which are relatively good. Unfortunately they have brought in a new product authentication system called Native Access which basically doesn't work. I spent a long time emailing their customer service people, some of who were very rude, others less so but still were unable to help I managed to get a refund on the product that I bought that I can't register, but I still have licences for a number of their products which I can't install because of Native Access. Beware.

Marketing is super misleading

Marketing is super misleading. I was planning to buy Kontakt + Una Corda during the Black Friday sale - decided to splurge on Komplete to take better advantage of the sale. I quickly found out I paid regular price for Komplete but the way the website is laid out makes it seem like it was all part of the same sale.
Contacted customer service to see if they could help me out with an exchange and they just default to "sorry these are our terms and conditions." No returns once you download even one part of the software.
I have literally been waiting years to buy this software during a time that I had the funds and could get the best deal possible. Thanks for ripping off another starving artist

No tech support or customer service available

I purchased Guitar Rig 6 for $200 and their install software wont grant access to the program. Ive made several attempts to reach tech support or get a refund, and my messages are ignored. At best, I am suggested to consult the forums or their troubleshooting wizard. Beware of this company, I will be reporting the transaction as fraud as well

Absolutely disgraceful support system

Absolutely disgraceful support system. I bought KOMPLETE 10 years ago. Suddenly my libaries were switched into demo mode. I reached out to try and fix it. They email back every couple of days or so only to not have read the previous email. They keep asking for the details of my system but they don't acknowledge that i've already sent them these details. I will not purchase anything from them again. You cant call them or anything. So poor.

Long term customer. Great company.

Been using Ni products for roughly 10 years. Traktor, Maschine, S series keyboard and Komplete Kontrol. They are top game when it comes to music production with synths like massive and are knocking it out of the park with the new play series, lofi glow is a must. Expansions are only getting better. The traktor which i still own survived many dj nights in london durin the late 2000s and still works to this day. One of a handful of dj units i trusted when djing live. The support does lack on the website, chat hours are not great and i couldn't find a ticket email. But a quick google search and i had one. My issue was then resolved within 48 hours of me emailing, So the human side of customer support was great, i cannot fault them there! Great company.

Native Access Update Sham

The products offered by Native Instruments are great but they're only great if you can actually access them through Native Access. After the initial install it worked once. Now every time I open it I get a message that says "Looking for latest update" followed by "Download failed. unknown error." The only solutions offered online it to either uninstall (which has not worked so far) or to make sure the folders are in the right place (but to do this you need to be able to log in to Native Access, which I can't do since it will not get past the launch screen where it is trying to find an update.

I want my money back, how do we proceed?

I pais 100$ for rickenbacker bass pack. Never could manage to install the battery of third party softwares and countless modifications to my pc parameters. One would have to be a computer wiz to install Native products. I want my money back, how do we proceed?
